Check-In:

On arrival day, guests can access the rooms from 3:00 PM. When arriving by car, please park in the P1 carpark. The Hallstatt Shuttle will bring you and your luggage to the hotel stressfree.

Check-Out:

On departure day, guests are welcome to stay in their rooms until 11:00 AM. The Hallstatt Shuttle will comfortably bring you back to the carpark.

Reception:

Whether in person or per telephone, our reception is open to service your needs from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Should you be arriving after 6:00 PM, we request that you please provide notice.

Breakfast:

Breakfast is included in the room charge and is served from 8:00-10:00 AM in the restaurant.

Restaurant:

Our restaurant is open for guests from 11:30 AM to 10:00 PM in summer and till 9:00 PM in winter.

The train station in Hallstatt is located on the opposite side of the lake and is accessible via boat.

Arrival by car and parking:

Parking is available outside the village centre in the P1 carpark. Using the Hallstatt Shuttle, which has a stop at the P1 carpark, visitors are comfortable transferred to the hotel. The price per day for parking is 15.00 Euro and includes the Hallstatt Shuttle on arrival and departure days.
